Terms and refund policy
These terms apply to motazfoundation.org and to donations made to MOTAZ FOUNDATION INC. ("Motaz Foundation", "we").
Donations
A donation is a voluntary, one-time gift. Donations are charged in US dollars (USD) through Stripe, and you receive an email receipt for each one. No goods or services are provided in exchange for a donation.
How donations are used
Donations fund the foundation's humanitarian relief for displaced families in Gaza and Egypt: food parcels, clean water, tents, tarpaulins and blankets. We direct each gift to the relief where the need is greatest at the time.
Refund policy
Because donations are committed to aid quickly, they are generally final. We will refund a donation in full if:
- you were charged the wrong amount,
- you were charged twice for the same donation, or
- the payment was made without your permission.
To request a refund, email admin@motazazaiza.com within 30 days of the charge with the date, the amount and the email address used for the donation. Approved refunds go back to the original card through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Questions about a charge
If you see a charge from us you do not recognise, please contact us first. We will look into it and refund any payment you did not authorise.
Use of this website
The text and images on this site belong to Motaz Foundation and Motaz Azaiza. Please do not reuse them without permission. The site is provided as it is, and we work to keep the information on it accurate.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
